Service is great, but I don’t trust the practices here revolving insurance. They had trouble finding my insurance, then found my info. After all the exams went over glasses, had amazing experience with their knowledge and time but I forked over 700 for my glasses which I needed terribly so didn’t go anywhere else. They chose not to use my insurance and leave the burden on me to fight with my insurance which to this day have declined it because they did not have their super bill with their tax ID number. Called them up, and they told me to go through eye med. Which have then informed me of the same decline reason. They have my money. Congrats, i will not be a returning customer due to this reason.

Do NOT be fooled by the nice decor of the building! I do NOT recommend using this location for exams! Parents YOU are not allowed in the room with your children. The dr might push decisions, products, and exams on the child and charge you for it. I was told I could not go with my child AFTER making an appointment on the phone, coming in person and filling out 10-15 minutes of paperwork and my child getting excited for contacts….Then it was SURPRISE you aren’t allowed to go with your child. Only buy if you already have an RX as front office staff are calm and patient...The policy with children is suspicious. Do NOT bring your child here. Biling remains to be seen I will update positive stars if nothing unexpectedly shows up in a few weeks.
Dr. Lieske is very knowledgeable and informative with care to detail as well as her Assistances. Got glasses ordered, 14 weeks, would have preferred them done in lab there to get in three weeks, this would have been worth the extra cost. Receieved Contacts to wear a year ago for toric vision and was expertise in service and products also. Highly recommended.
Trina and Jeff are amazing to work with for glasses. Mel and the tech are so kind and helpful. We get our glasses every year with them and at Good price. Thanks guys!
Office staff does not understand how insurance works. I was charged full price at the appointment. Even after receiving my EOB, they would not honor my discounted rate due to my insurance being in network. They owe me money & have not returned my phone call in order to make it right. They told me they could put the credit on my account, but I am not interested in returning. I also had to have a medical follow up with an ophthalmologist to clear up some things the optometrist said which were apparently out of her scope of practice. I do not recommend Vision City of Lake Worth.
