Everyone is so nice and extremely helpful. Nice to see customer service is a top priority. Dr was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything well. I will be coming back when I have eye issues in the future.
When I got glasses there it was a good experience and I was a walk in. The dr said give them a call for medical issues to save me a trip to st Louis to my specialist. I recently had cataract surgery and needed a pressure check. I decided to call and see if they could do that so I wouldn't have to drive to st Louis for it. The guy who answered the phone was very rude. He said they don't do walk in's, they had no appointments for that day, and they won't do pressure checks and hung up. I did try to call and talk to a clinic manager. I was told to I'm leave a message and they would call back that day. I never got a call back. I won't be back to this business and I will no longer recommend them.
On January 19th, I had an eye exam at Vision Clinic Nixa and had a great experience from start to finish. Taylor and Eva greeted me warmly at the front desk, and the newly renovated lobby looks amazing—open, welcoming, and easy to browse for glasses. Jordan was friendly, efficient, and made the visit enjoyable, and Dr. Parker was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. David helped me select my glasses and was confident, professional, and very helpful. While he assisted me, Makaylah did a wonderful job helping my son pick out his glasses as well. The entire team was excellent, the space flows beautifully, and there are plenty of great options to choose from. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Vision Clinic Nixa!
Great experience at Vision Clinic - Nixa. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient. Dr. Parker was so sweet and took extra time to explain everything and worked around my 3 year old even though he wasn’t a model patient. Brooke was incredible and helped so much during the appointment which allowed me to be present at my son’s appointment. Wonderful experience from start to finish!
My visit this morning to the Nixa Vision Clinic was an A+. From beginning to end everybody was kind and very informative. Dr.Thomas was very professional and explained everything in words I could understand. I look forward to my eye exam next year!
