Loved my glasses. My eye exam was well passed due. I called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I was new to my eye insurance plan and she was able to assist me in finding out more information about my insurance coverage and benefits. They had a variety of options to choose from and I was able to get my glasses a week later with all the advance treatments for my lenses. Highly recommend.
From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the moment I picked up my glasses, everything was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I hadn’t had an eye exam in over two years and was on Medi-Cal, so I was a little worried about what was covered and what frames I’d be limited to — but they made everything easy. The optometrist was so kind, and we even shared a few laughs. She explained the health of my eyes, what to watch for, and how to keep them in good shape. They also had a surprisingly nice selection of frames for Medi-Cal customers, which I didn’t expect. My prescription came out perfect — I can see clearly with no squinting at all. They also gave me a free case, very nice. I truly appreciate the staff and the doctor for their kindness, helpfulness, and quality service. I’ll definitely be returning. Even if you don’t have insurance, their prices are lower than some of the big retail chains. Great experience all around!
I hate the doctors. I hate the dentist. But I loveee my optometrist. I have been coming here for around 3 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. The optometrist and the staff are so welcoming and kind. The optometrist is so extremely informative, sweet, and helpful, always willing to answer any questions. This place is the best when it comes to helping find exactly what’s right for you and being patience during the process. My one and only favorite pair of glasses was discontinued and they took the extra time to reach out to the manufacturer to see if there was a chance a frame could still be acquired. They also spent an extra 30 minutes helping me pick out a good frame replacement just in case it wasn’t available. I always feel taken care of, I will be coming back here forever.
Shout out to Angela for being the hero of our drive back to Seattle. My boyfriend’s glasses broke out of nowhere, and she had them fixed in 15 minutes flat. Kind, fast, and genuinely helpful — we couldn’t have asked for better.
They were so accommodating! The stem of my glasses had broke and they fixed it so fast. Ray was amazing. I was not originally a client here but I will be back. Also their frame inventory is fire!!! 100% recommend
