Vision First

This place is a joke! The doctor can reschedule appointments but don’t get sick or have an emergency cause they won’t reschedule you. Had an appointment 3 weeks ago that I had to reschedule for an emergency. Reschedule that day for last week. Received a call that day that the doctor was out and they rescheduled me for today. I am sick with a fever. Called to reschedule today and told I could not reschedule because of their policy. Asked how it was that the doctor could cancel but the patient is penalized. Makes zero sense. Oh well. They were not impressive the one time I used them so I’ll go elsewhere. They were just close. These big chains care more about profits than patient care.

This place is horrible. Staff is rude. They do not explain things thoroughly nor do they listen when you speak. The doctor is condescending and insist on adding things that tack on extra cost. She insisted that dilation or pictures were law (they are not) and she had to do them. I will never be back here. This doctor and business wants to line they're pockets and take you for all you have. Waste of my time and almost my money. DO NOT GO HERE

Wonderful eye doctor she’s very sweet & has a great staff who are very friendly. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they do not have much of a selection at all. I will definitely be going elsewhere next time hopefully wherever I go will have a better selection. But again, other than that great customer service, friendly staff, friendly eye doctors!! I would definitely recommend going here if you’re not picky then it shouldn’t be a problem but if you have a lot of indecisiveness like I do, you might wanna go somewhere else but again great staff thank you for being wonderful

The staff here is SO FRIENDLY. They were able to get me in quick when I had an issue with my eye and they worked with me patiently for over a week to get appointments, paperwork, and even prescriptions figured out. I highly recommend them.

I have been a VisionFirst patient all of my life and seen 4 doctors at 3 locations through the years. Dr. Katrina Black was super great! This was our first time seeing her and she met all our expectations. She answered all of our questions and concerns we had and provided clear and professional knowledge in all aspects. We took our 2 children with us and all of the office lady’s were so great and helpful with them and made us feel at home. They provided toys to keep our children happy and entertained throughout the checkup. I highly recommend the Jeffersonville VisionFirst office to anyone that takes care in their eyes.
