I've been a patient at Vision First for over five years and have always had great experiences at the different locations I've visited. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Jeffersonville location was extremely disappointing. The glasses I initially selected arrived damaged. When I went in to have them adjusted, Georgia immediately noticed the frames were squeaking and explained that wasn't normal, so she offered to have them remade. However, when the replacement pair arrived, they had the exact same issue. Because I wasn't satisfied with the quality, I asked to choose a different frame, which aligns with Vision First's policy that new frames can be made within 30 days if you're not satisfied. Instead of helping me, Georgia made me feel as though my request was unreasonable. Throughout the interaction, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. I ultimately contacted my insurance provider directly, and they helped me navigate the process. I was able to return the defective frames and purchase a new pair at a different Vision First location. I will not be returning to the Jeffersonville location because of the poor customer service I received from Georgia.
