This place is terrible. I’ve had the misfortune of coming here since I was a child, and the service has severely degraded since then. I ordered a new pair of hard contact lenses a month ago, and was informed they would be ready to pick up in about 10 days. I called every week for a month until today, when I was finally told they were ready to pick up. Now I am informed that they made a mistake and only ordered the left lens?! Strongly do not recommend this optometrist.

The service is pretty good. The doctor and reception are very nice to introduce the lens and frames to customer. And pick-up cycle is supper fast.

Wait for almost one month for the glasses and did not call me when it arrived. Frustrated.
