Really good service! They squeezed me in for a appointment and were very transparent in their insurance checks and coverage for Medi-Cal. Doctor was friendly and thorough in her exam. They have a good selection of frames as well. They also offered to hold / try to expedite my glasses since I'm traveling. Would recommend them to others.
The eye exam was very professional and thorough. The staff were friendly and patient, and provided helpful, expert advice. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase glasses — they gave me the freedom to choose what works best for me. Highly recommend!
Great experience here at EyeVue. After weeks of being rescheduled from Kaiser i decided to move forward and find an other optometrist. The gentleman was attentive and provided me with information on my insurance they provided . General waiting area has four seats so i would recommend scheduling an appointment. I met with Dr. Nguyen and provided me with picture of my eyes and gave recommendations based on my screen usage and suggested re-wetting drops for dry eyes.
We have been with EyeVue for decades for their quality services and glass/frame selection. The current doctors and staff have been outstanding and professional. We would strongly recommend.
Pretty decent clinic, the front desk is helpful and accommodating. The resident optometrist is very knowledgeable and explains what going on.
