I have been going to the group for many years. The staff are always friendly and the drs have all been professional. Everything about the office is great. The only thing I struggle with is that the cost of their eyeglasses are so expensive ! The price is so high that after whatever my insurance covers, I still end up paying a good amount of money and I have an excellent premium plan under my employer. Someone suggested that I go to Costco for frames. Maybe I will do that.

Excellent services both from the eye doctor and the staff. It was fast and efficient. Dr. Chan was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with her. Always go to her every physical check up year. Highly recommend.

Dr. Chan was extremely thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain every test and the results in detail. She also performed additional tests to ensure a comprehensive evaluation, which I really appreciated. I felt well cared for throughout the appointment. I have been seeing Dr Pham for many years. She is clear in her communication and does a thorough check on my eyes. She is kind and professional. I made the mistake of ordering my contacts too soon due to possibly needing surgery on my eyes for cataract. I cancelled my order. Without hesitation, Jennifer cancelled my order and credited my card immediately. She was so helpful and quick to respond. Her customer service was above and beyond to say the least. I highly recommend coming here if you need your eyes checked.

Wonderful experience: entire staff that helped me were professional and friendly. Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to explain what was happening with my eyes so that everything was clear and easy to understand. Tina was very patient and helpful as I picked out my first frames in many years. Again, an overall wonderful experience.
