not a great experience. glasses took forever to come and the prescription was way off. when i called to get a smaller prescription was told i’d have to come back in when they should already have my records there to be able to tell what prescription i needed to begin with. very unhappy. very inconvenient

Always get great service and glasses from Landess Optometry. I have continued to get my glasses there even though I moved to South San Jose.
