Really happy with this office! The prescription and contacts Dr. York recommended are so much lighter and comfortable. I'm suspicious my old eye doctor pushed an astigmatism prescription in order to make things 3x as expensive! Glad to find an office I can trust.
Had a appt to get eyes checked after my surgery I was to see Dr Sigman I really like this guy. He's great in my opinion easy going and through said everything look great. And I'm seeing great now.
I switched to Vision First because of issues with Customer Service with my previous provider and I am glad I did. I wear contacts and glasses and they go above and beyond to help me to make sure my contacts are correct and my glasses look great! Dr. Sigmon is always very friendly and helpful.
Easy process and great first experience! Dr York and his team (Cassandra and Alexis) were very professional. I was having difficulty seeing at night and Dr. York listened to my concerns and was able to get me in the right prescription glasses to correct my problem.
My son and I had a wonderful experience at this office today. The staff are super nice. We were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My son has a lot of health issues and he felt like the doctor listened to him as an individual and made him feel respected. So we have definitely found a permanent eye physician.
