While on vacation in Orlando, my son suffered a severe corneal abrasion (a badly scratched eye), and after calling numerous eye care providers in the area, this was the only optometrist’s office that gladly welcomed him in for an urgent same-day appointment.
From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They could see how uncomfortable and scared he was, and they treated him with such patience and genuine care. The doctor provided a thorough examination, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk us through all of our treatment options so we could make the best decision for his comfort and recovery.
Most importantly, they helped get him comfortable enough to continue enjoying our family vacation instead of spending it in pain. Their expertise, professionalism, and bedside manner were truly exceptional.
