I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Berkowitz for my eyelid surgery. He was professional, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m thrilled with my results—they look natural and have exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Berkowitz!

Long wait times. Poor communication. They were rude to me about not having previous lens information. I felt like I was being scolded. Very strange. Waited over 30 minutes in the lobby with most seats filled. No warning that they’re running behind. I told them I had to leave. They made no attempt to reschedule. Just said “ok”. I guess they got my money so who cares if I get the services that I paid for. Once I get my script, I will not go back.
I called the office to make an appointment for an assessment for binocular vision dysfunction as someone had recommended this practice. The front desk associate was kind but when I was transferred to a technician they seemed bothered that I was calling. Without any information, the tech told me I would need to go to UofM Children’s despite the fact that I am an adult and told me since I have severe symptoms that I couldn’t be seen there. I never disclosed to this person that my symptoms were severe and simply wanted to make an appointment for an evaluation. Needless to say I am not happy with this interaction and felt completely dismissed at the simple action of trying to make an appointment.
Everyone from the reception staff to the doctors are amazing here. Dr. Finlay removed a piece of plastic from my eye lid with great expertise. It was my first appointment there. I was able to get an emergency visit within 1hr of calling. Highly recommend these folks!!!
Dr. Brandow is amazing. I have been messing around with another eye doctor for years putting lacrimal plugs in every 4 months. I went to Dr. Brandow and she said she could do the plugs or fix the problem. Did the red light therapy and after the first time I felt relief. It's a total of 6 sessions and my eyes have not felt this great in years. If you suffer with chronic dry eye, she is the one to see. Thanks to her I no longer want to claw my eyes out of my head!
