Miller Optical

I just moved to Sterling Heights and found Miller Optical just by a quick browse of eye care places near me. I am so glad I chose their team to help me and I am beyond impressed by their friendliness and overall above and beyond service. I came to them because my sunglasses (over a year old, but barely used) totally fell apart at random. One of the screws came lose and part of it was actually still lodged inside of the fitting. I wasn't sure when I was going to be able to see my original eye care center where I purchased the sunglasses, so by curiosity I stopped by just to see what they could do. They were actually able to get the screw out and fix and clean my sunglasses the day of and did not charge me anything, which I was really happy and thankful for. Not only that, but I had sent my Mom to pick up the glasses as I was tied up during their normal business hours. She had briefly mentioned to them that her glasses needed to be tightened and they gladly offered to help her on the spot. I am beyond happy with the efforts of Miller Optical's team and the care they gave in helping me. I will definitely be visiting them again whenever I have future eye care needs!

Great service, the staff is helpful and kind. They willl take the time to help you pick out your glasses that are right for you. The appointments are always on time and office is clean and well put together. You can also get the latest frames to your good old reliables that you have always bought. If you need glasses, or contacts this is a must try.

Such friendly and helpful staff, they have repaired my glasses that I bought 4 hours away and didn't even charge me anything at all for it! Will definitely buy my next pair here!

Very disappointed. They came recommended from my daughter eye place as Vsp has specific places you can get glasses from. She handed the glasses to my daughter and then walker behind the counter didn't even make sure they weren't falling off her face. Sheblooked in computer and said your all set.... I said aren't you going to adjust them to fit her face? She had her look down a shake her head and they were falling off. She took them didn't look at her ear to see where they needed to be adjusted took them in the back and said that looks better if you need further adjustments just come back..... I dont wanna come back, I want you to do it right the first time. Very limited hours which means I have to take her outta school to be adjusted. We didn't even make it to the car and they were sliding down off her nose. Very sad as they came highly recommended, I will take her some place else to get a proper adjustment as they dont seem to wanna do their job!!!!!
