Always a great experience at Normandy. I’ve been coming here for several years now because of the continued excellence in customer service. The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and considerate, and the doctors are kind and thorough during the eye exams. Prices are great and they just remodeled last year, so the office feels more fresh and welcoming now. I’d definitely recommend Normandy to anyone looking for a great eye exam experience.

I received Excellent care for my eyes and vision from the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Normandy Optical. The lighter and brighter remodeled office welcomes you when you walk through the door. I’m glad that they are back at their convenient Ryan Road and 16 Mile location.

Detailed eye exam. Genuine care and concern from all the staff. From receptionist, the doctors assistant, Dr Chrustowski and Cody helping me pick out new glasses. Wish their selection was a little larger but found the perfect pair

Confusing policy on contact lens trial. Felt like it was 1 on 5 as I was getting clarification. Felt much better treatment at St Clair Shores office versus Ryan Rd Sterling Heights.
