Awesome experience with Dr. Paveglio and staff. Got glasses made within a week with little change in vision. Very happy with new specs!
A family owned business with a personal touch that is lacking at the chains. With VSP insurance, chances are that the exam is 100% covered with no claim to file on your part - they will handle all the paperwork. Our family had been going to Costco for years, but the price of the exam recently increased by almost 50%. As such, the Costco exam was only partially covered by VSP and the insurance claim is DIY. Prices on frames and lenses are reasonable and the selection is excellent.
Won't be going here ever again. The guy in the corner of this place has got a bad attitude. Talking to people like your tuff is a very dangerous thing to do. I can see why they hid you in the corner
This was my first time trying to call and schedule an appointment. Worst experience ever! They are rude and so unprofessional! Even the manager. Gave me the runaround saying my insurance is out of network and when I contacted my insurance, I was told I am in network. My insurance company even called on my behalf and when I called back to schedule, they were still very rude. I told them that I will not be scheduling with them. The manager said, “Yeah it’s best you go somewhere else.” If you hate your job that much then maybe don’t deal with the public!
