From the very first call, they made me feel welcomed. They answered every question without rushing me and confirmed they accepted my insurance with no attitude or frustration. The office itself felt clean, comfortable, and modern. Every interaction I had was positive. The testing equipment was much more up‑to‑date than what I’ve experienced before, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. The doctor took their time with me, explained what they were looking for, and broke everything down instead of just saying “you’re fine” and walking out. I really appreciated that level of care. After this visit, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Not one bad interaction, just a genuinely good experience from start to finish.

We had such a wonderful experience at this optometry office! The Dr. Virdee and staff were incredibly knowledgeable, especially about the newest FDA-approved Stellest glasses for my son. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel very confident in our decision. A special shoutout to Stephanie, who went absolutely above and beyond helping us find frames that would fit my 6-year-old son comfortably. She was unbelievably patient — we probably tried on close to 20 different pairs! She never rushed us and was so kind and encouraging throughout the entire process. Dr. Virdee and Stephanie are truly amazing at her job, and the level of care and attention we received was exceptional. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate eye care for both children and adults!
