UPDATE: Although I still stand by my previous review, I want to clarify that I wrote it while feeling upset about how the call was handled. I do still believe the individual involved should be reprimanded. However, the in‑office service itself was wonderful. Dr. Goldburg showed nothing but kindness and compassion during my visit. She was very thorough in her explanations, and I genuinely appreciate that. Her business should not be affected by a third‑party answering service and their lack of customer service skills. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I really don't like liars! Let me explain. My appointment was on Sunday, January 25, 2026. Dr. Goldburg saw patients on a Sunday, which I really appreciated since she had to close her office the Friday before due to the cold weather. Great service, super polite and caring. Now, let's talk about the front desk guy. I don't know his name, but he's the only one I've talked to, from scheduling to rescheduling and now when I'm asking for updates. When I called today, Saturday, February 7, 2026, for an update because I broke my glasses and I'm having trouble with my contacts, I wanted to see if they happened to be there. This guy didn't take the time to properly help me out. When he answered the phone, I introduced myself with both my first and last name and asked if my glasses were there by any chance. He immediately assumed I had Medicaid insurance and told me it takes time to process. I then explained that I don't have Medicaid, I have standard insurance. He then asked me the name of the insurance and told me that also takes time to process and we'd have to have the insurance send them. HUH? The least he could've done was look for them and not make assumptions. RUDE!
