Vision Mart

Took my daughter there for an eye exam and glass. The glasses where order and paid for almost a year ago and still have not got them. I have called multiple times and keep getting told they will put it back in the works.

I loved the customer service from Dave with my son so much I finally made an eye Dr appointment for myself. Eye Dr is wonderful really explains things in a way people can understand. Dave goes into detail with what frames are covered. Can't wait for my new glasses!

I am still waiting for my glasses. On February 3rd it will make a month since I ordered my glasses.

Dave the "Manager" complete tool. I wouldn't go here. They have Mart in their name. Tells you enough about the customer service. Wouldn't refund my scratched glasses they gave me. So I had to go to corporate to get my refund. Thank you to the higher ups for making it right.

The doc and people were excellent, but this place seems to have a problem staying open until their posted hours. Got a call saying my glasses were in so I went to pick them up. Got there at 4 when they were supposed to be open til 6 but they were closed. Came back the next day they were open, which was supposed to be til 5, and they were closed. I got there at 1:15 so it wasn't even close to closing, and they had no signs posted about being closed that day for the holiday. Just got a call yesterday saying my son's glasses are in, so he stopped by today after school (roughly 3:30) to get his glasses. Surprise, surprise, they were closed! And again, on a day they were supposed to be open until 6. Major inconvenience to have to drive there and play a guessing game on whether or not they're open, especially when I don't have a car and don't live nearby. Just calling the store isn't an option because, well, they don't always answer, even when the phone is right next to them. If business hours are posted, then someone should be there during those business hours. Period!
