Vision Now - Aurora (Green Valley Ranch)

I had such a great experience at Vision Now GVR! The ladies there were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process easy. Dr. Sasha Murphy was incredibly kind, very detailed, and took the time to explain everything while showing genuine care. The pricing was very fair, which made the experience even better. I’m thankful to have a business like this in our community and I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

We've been coming here for a couple of years and have always had a positive experience with the doctor and the care provided. Unfortunately, our experience yesterday was very disappointing. The issue was not with the provider, but with the front desk staff. There was confusion regarding our insurance, and instead of helping resolve the situation, the interaction felt argumentative and unprofessional. I had taken PTO from work to attend the appointment, and after spending time trying to sort things out, we ultimately left without receiving services. We value the care we've received here over the years, which is why this experience was so frustrating. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer service experience for patients in the future.

I always have such a great experience here! The staff is so kind and welcoming every time I come in. They’re always willing to help, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable with my glasses. I truly appreciate how patient and friendly everyone is. Highly recommend!

Just went in today for the first time to this location. My experience was 10/10! ALL of the girls were so friendly, welcoming and can just tell they are excellent workers! Alicia assisted me in helping pick out a frame and she helped throughout the whole process of pricing and broke down everything in detail. I noticed she was also very patient and detailed with other customers as well. I was comfortable the whole time, even in my eye exam the eye doctor was SO kind and she knew what she was doing too, I’ll definitely be back. Shoutout to the girls that work in this location, keep doing what y’all are doing you girls are awesome! 🫶
