This is the most customer service friendly office. The staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Moore is not only well experienced in her field but is very pleasant, patient and you feel comfortable with the outcomes of your care. The followup care from Dr Moore and her staff is timely and accommodating. I will recommend this office for all eye care needs.
Dr. Moore and her team are the best. It’s such a relief to find a doctor’s office that’s actually helpful - helpful with scheduling, helpful with insurance, helpful in finding the right glasses, taking the time to explain things so I actually understand (in English or in Spanish). Can’t say enough positive things about this office, and I’m glad to have found a doctor I trust and will stick with.
I thought the reviews were too good to be true, so when I had scheduled my appointment and came in a was a little skeptical, but boy are the reviews correct. Dr.Moore was truly amazing. Not only was she so patient and understanding, but she had shown and informed me of things that no other eye doctor has in the past 15+ years I've been wearing glasses and going to the eye doctor's. She has been the best one there is, and the other stuff was also really patient,kind and understanding. Really overall 11/10 experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend.
The staff here is incredible and they all speak Spanish! Dr. Moore sincerely cares deeply for her patients and is a one of a kind person. Highly recommended!
Delmar Family Eye Care is AMAZING hands down the best eye care I’ve ever had, and I’ll never go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome. Rosa and Mayra is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about insurance benefits, and she explains everything with full transparency, which I truly appreciate. Scheduling is always easy, and they somehow manage to fit you in no matter how busy life gets. They also have a wide selection of frames, so you’re not stuck choosing from the same few options. And Dr. Sarah… wow. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She’s thorough, patient, and caring, and I never feel rushed. Honestly, this place feels like home, and I actually look forward to my visits. If you or anyone you know needs a vision doctor, look no further you’ve found the right place.
