Eye Envy Vision

I initially visited for a perscription with Dr. Jarrett (who always puts such time and care in my appointments) but the customer service from Bryson and Jazz is unbelievable. I ordered a pair of frames from them, and Bryson spent so much time adjusting to ensure the right fit. Jazz was extremely patient with my decision making, and has told me they are "people first." The service and care is superior, and pricing is very competitive

Found this Black-owned optometry clinic online and have been very pleased with them over the past year that I have been a patient. Bryson, Dr. Jarrett, and the office staff have been awesome. Here's a picture of this year's glasses as I switched to progressive lenses and I love them!

Dr Jarrett was kind and knowledgeable. I recieved my glasses in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my new glasses were a little blurry and causing some double vision that didn’t resolve after a week of wearing the glasses. I called her office and they quickly got me in to check the prescription. I repeated an eye exam and we was found that my right eye was overcorrecting and the prescription was changed to something more comfortable. They updated my prescription free of charge. Appreciate their kind service and the time they took to troubleshoot the problem!
