I had an appointment at a different location and they had equipment issues and scheduled me for this location. Demi was not expecting me and had a full schedule that day. She worked me in and took great care of me. She was very professional and accommodating and I was very appreciative!! I will definitely be back!!
Went in 2 weeks ago for a contact exam. Was told contacts would be in within a week. It has now been two weeks and they haven't even shipped. No one can tell me when I'm going to get my contacts, and they won't give me my prescription so I can go somewhere else and buy them. The prescription that I PAID FOR. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. I thought maybe I'd be better treated by going to a local place, but I guess not. Next time I'll just go to America's Best.
Alexes and Dr. Lee were AMAZING OUTSTANDING, they both went above and beyond and treated my boys so care and they both were making jokes to them everyone laughing I’d definitely recommend if you need someone to get your eyes checked and glasses
Love the service here, I called in for an appointment and they were able to get me in same day, the doctor was nice and friendly and they helped me pick out my frame, which I loveeed! They told me it could take a day or 2 to have my glasses ready but they were ready for pickup that afternoon. Super convenient and reliable, definitely recommend!
Vision Now is fantastic—super fast appointment scheduling and such a friendly staff. I was in and out quickly, and everyone made the experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
