Heather was wonderful! Has good listening skills and really pressed on to get me the best of everything! Then I tried to leave a google review and it did not work. Gianna was also amazing as she walked me thru getting the review to work! They both need a raise! Wonderful employees! Thank you to you both!

I had a very bad experience with the eye dr. Cameran Drake. I paid an extra $20 to have my eyes photoed instead of using the dilation eye drops. That procedure was done after eyes checked by dr. What? Should have been done prior to eyes being checked. That was it, appt done. Once glasses came in and tried them on. The script was totally way off. I would turn my head and things in room moved too. No way could I walk with these glasses on, let alone drive. I returned in couple days when supervisor to eye wear was in. Told her situation and she advised me to come back next day to see eye dr. I asked if I should make appt. She said no. So went back 1st thing next day. I told receptionist my name. Eye dr was close by and came out and I began to notice an attitude towards me. I never had chance to say supervisor advised me to come in. And eye dr never asked what the problem was with glasses. She continued to be rude towards me. At one point the eye dr said that maybe I have a medical problem with eyes. If she is a dr. Wouldn’t she have found that out with exam. Well, the photo of eye was done last. Don’t think eye dr even viewed photo of eyes. After putting up with her rude remarks. I finally had enough. I told her I will not be coming back. She cont to be rude. I pointed my finger at her and said I’m done. I called my eye insurance and told them my experience with this dr. I was granted another eye exam. I will never go to a Walmart eye dr again. I have no problem with the ladies that work in the glasses dept. very friendly and helpful. The score of one only applies to dr. I went to Rocky Mountain for a better professional exam. But did return to Walmart to get glasses, since they are more cost effective. I was told then that Cameran Drake no longer works at the Walmart. And due to her, they had trouble keeping receptionist for eye dr. Dr I saw at Rocky Mountain said eyes are healthy and I have no medical problems. Apart from having cateracts which I already knew about. Conclusion. The new script I got for glasses. No problem with glasses. They are great!

Loved how quickly I was seen n I really appreciated the time the employees took to make sure that I received the best pair of glasses! I'm a satisfied customer!
