These lovely people had a long day. They went through the rigs of having a tremendous amount of people in their lobby. These ladies made it through and treated everyone with such kindness and professionalism. These ladies deserve some kind of bonus or a day off or all An all paid day at the salon for them to get their nails done or their feet done but either way they get their their job done with a smile on their face thank you!

Made an appointment 1 day prior. Kari called to confirm appointment and was even able to get me in earlier than I booked online. When I arrived Kari was at the front desk and was super helpful and friendly. She even recognized my little girls attendance and printed her color sheets to keep busy. Sabrina was my tech and she walked me through everything. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. Then Christina was able to get me temporary contacts and give me options for future purchases. This entire interaction was one of the best, cohesive, and genuine customer service interactions I have had in a very long time. Thank you.

Worst service ever! I went to the ABBA on Northen in Pueblo, Co. to get new lenses for my frames. After going through the process of having them marked and measured and selecting lenses, they told me it would be 10 days to 2 weeks to get them done. That’s fine I expected that from my previous experience with them. After 3 weeks my glasses are still not here, and I have to leave on a planned vacation for which I will be gone for 4 weeks. I asked them to send the glasses from the lab to an address I will be at and was told the lab couldn’t do that. I received a call from them that they finally had gotten them a few days later (a day or two short of 4 weeks now) and asked them to send them over night to that address. Since it was near the weekend, they said UPS over night was going to take 3 days. Well, I wouldn’t be at that address anymore and the rest of our trip had no confirmed address they can send them too. Ultimately, I was without my glasses for about 8 weeks because they couldn’t get them done in the 2 weeks which they said they could. I ordered Trivex lenses which are more expensive than normal lenses, they cost me over $800.00 for just the lenses. I expected them to be high but that is way too high. After my visit to ABBA, my wife went somewhere else and got two pair of glasses with Trivex lenses and frames for around $500.00.

Update: 8 Months Later I didn't think the experience could get any better but it did. Once I recieved my V.A. (Veteran's Affairs) approved glasses I was able to get them adjusted perfectly to fit my face. Now I can see better than ever. As long as ABBA is taking care of Veteran's I will always be a loyal customer when it comes to my eyecare. Special recognition goes out to Carrie, Christa & Jessica. There quality of care, attention to detail and respect to the customer deserves laudible praise from Management. These professionals are the difference in making a business "Great!" v. "Mediocre." Very welcoming place, as someone who isn’t too fond of people being near my face, I was very happy to let them do their jobs, as they were patient and helpful with what is going on. 10/10 definitely recommend.
