I absolutely love Vision Now! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and dedicated to providing individualized support to meet each patient’s needs. They take the time to help find options that are affordable, comfortable, and manageable, while ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Their modern technology and equipment provided me with an accurate prescription and left me feeling confident and well cared for. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service and support from this company. AJ and Danica were phenomenal in their roles and truly made my day. AJ fixed my favorite glasses that I’ve held onto for five years and that meant everything to me. Thank you, Vision Now Ladies for such a wonderful experience!! You both are amazing and must be recognized.

The girl that helped me out in the store was absolutely amazing. Had the best customer service I think I have ever experienced in 25 years. Helpful and friendly, worked with me on every aspect and made sure I knew everything about the frames I was looking at. 100/10 rating for the girl who helped me. She was by herself and pushed me into an early appointment as well.

Associate was exceptional! She greeted us, learned what we were shopping for, and immediately jumped in to help. She was knowledgeable, very friendly, and communicated our purchase options clear and concise. We made the purchase. My wife has eyeglass needs in about a month. She’ll be back to see if your business can help. I complimented the Associate for her exceptional customer service stating she was an anomaly for her generation!

I may accidentally have two reviews on here. I lost my first one while still writing it 🙃 Anyway, I visited the Mall location as well as the one on the South side of town today. Abba usually does my VA supplied glasses. I am going to Vision Now for the first time as a new provider after a decade of Abba. I am looking forward to it . The staff at both locations were excellent in helping me get answers to my questions as a new customer and I am actually a little excited. Abba's selection of frames available to me based on what the VA will allow for frames is limited and unimpressive. I have had to select the same frames twice because nothing else appealed to me. I haven't picked out my new frames yet, but at least this time I am looking forward to it, instead of expecting to have to "settle" for a pair. If the service delivery is as good as the visit I experienced in fact finding mode, I have my new provider.

I absolutely love this location and the girls that work there. They made our experiences so smooth, they were so kind and helped us get in to the perfect pair of glasses and contacts. We could not have done it without them!
