The worst manager possible, the worst customer service, extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. The manager doesn't prioritize the customer needs, and makes sure you leave the store with the same issues created by their bad service. They sold a bad pair of prescription glasses, the frame so bad that they discontinued the line. My frame broke and I needed replacement through the insurance that I pay, very expensive. She told me the glasses just could be redone with the same low quality despiste my offer to pay the difference for it. Absolutely dishonest and disgusting management, plus dishonest policies. Avoid this place if you do not want to get mistreated and pay for a bad customer service. No stars at all.

Past experiences have been great, however, this time was different. My appointment was cancelled twice, we finally had the eye exam with the doctor online, and that went okay. We go to look at the glasses and the women who helped was so LOUD and very unprofessional. In the future I will be asking for someone else to help me. My appointment should be quiet, confidential, and stay in that area. The person helping should not be so LOUD that all of Wal-mart can hear what is going on.
Amazing service! For the past 5 years I've been searching for an eye doctor who actually takes the time to listen to my concerns and isn't trying to rush through the appointment. I was able to get both glasses and contact prescriptions that are actually right for me. The customer service was also amazing. Absolutely loved the service and the prices!
Had an appointment to get eyes checked for a new prescription. Selected new frames from a wide variety of styles. Went through a complete eye exam with a competent doctor, almost enjoyable. Got my new glasses exactly when they said they would be in. Great price for the entire episode. I will be back when I need new ones.
Made an appointment for my son. Get to appt and they could not find my son's insurance in their data base so I had to pay out of pocket. Halfway through exam I learn it will be a virtual exam with the doctor. What??? First I heard of this. I would not have made the appt had I known. The receptionist/tech was less than friendly, condescending, and downright rude when I expressed my displeasure about the experience. I will never use a Walmart optometrist office again.
