I recently purchased a pair of glasses with them and I had THE BEST experience. From being helpful with options, to getting my prescription taken to quick delivery time and kind people there. All of it- amazing 🤩 I’ll 100% be coming here again and I suggest you do too.

My experience at VisionNYC has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff are friendly, fast and professional. The tech team are fantastic and the technology they use is cutting edge. The surgery coordinators go through everything and are always available for follow up questions. Dr Jonathan Kruh is absolutely brilliant and for the first time in my life I have perfect vision! Completely life changing.

I came here to get my eye prescription and order contacts, but the front desk staff ordered the wrong ones — not what I had asked for at all. They first told me the order could be canceled, but a few days later they said I’d have to wait until I received it, then bring it back for a refund. When I finally got the wrong contacts and returned them in person, they suddenly said the refund would take 2–3 months even though they had promised it would be immediate. Throughout the whole process, no one apologized or took responsibility for the mistake. Completely disorganized, rude, and careless staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I found Vision NYC because I was looking for a LASIK consultation near where I work. I didn't ultimately get LASIK with them, but that was purely out of practical considerations that had nothing to do with my experience with the practice - I'm still leaving them a glowing review because I had such a great experience and would recommend them. The staff is so attentive and clearly prioritize the patient experience from beginning to end. The exam was very thorough, and everyone from the front desk staff to techs to the doctor were happy to answer any questions. Even after the appointment, their surgery coordinator and practice owner make time to meet virtually to answer specific questions about what to expect pre and post-op, and about the procedure itself. Even though I didn't end up getting my procedure with them, I can't say enough about how great the staff is! Would definitely recommend LASIK as a life-changing procedure, and this team to support you through your journey.

Dr. Kruh is amazing. I’ve had both PRK lasik surgery and cataract surgery. Both went very smoothly. The entire office staff is lovely! Especially Psalm, she’s the reason I smile whenever I enter the office.
