The staff is extremely professional and very kind. Dissatisfied with the cost of the glasses that were over $600 even with insurance. Had to get financial help from Church to pay for my glasses. I used my money for bills to pay for glasses and jad to get financial hardship help afterwards. The cost of glasses shocked me. I definitely had sticker shock. I had to have them to drive and see. The doctor and staff are very kind

I highly recommend Vision One. They are the most helpful, and polite group of people. I did not feel rushed at all. They answered all of my questions and made my appointment a great experience!

I go to the Dry Ridge office, the sweetest, most helpful people are here! The best eye care around! My exams and contacts are always spot on! They work hard to get the best deals to go along with my insurance! I love these wonderful women, they always take good care of me and my son!! Thank you so much!

Everyone was cheerful and respectful. The exam was thorough and my concerns were addressed with care and understanding. I really feel I can trust this practice to take care of my needs and that I am not just a number to them. Could not have been happier with my experience.
