Triad Healthcare

Seriously some of the rudest women I've ever seen in my life. Stand behind the desk staring and clearly talking about patients like a bunch of middle school drama queens. Not checking in patients when they arrive but instead making them wait just because they can. They need to get off their high horses and realize why they're there. You are supposed to be there for patient care, not gossip. It is seriously ridiculous. HIPAA is CLEARLY being violated. There is no reason for grown women to behave like that. You should not be in healthcare in any way, shape, or form if you have that kind of attitude. Healthcare people should be compassionate and caring. These women behind the desk are anything but. Liz is GREAT and a couple of the nurses. Beth is rude and condescending. The rest of them act just like Owen County people, stuck up and full of themselves. I have never understood that about Owen County people but everyone talks about how rude Owen County people are. Y'all definitely don't behave like small town folks. There's just no need to be that way. Y'all must be super miserable people deep down.

I have been using the Triad Health in owenton for about 3 years now with no issues at all. I read the previous reviews and can assume that the dental office is much different than the medical office in how they treat their patients. I have had some pretty serious health issues since 5/2020 and Triad has handled all my referrals and test results with kindness and accuracy. Thanks!

Had a great experience at Triad Heath services. The nurse Tracey is great and always is caring and listens to your concerns. Dr Johnson did a great job addressing my medical issues and gave me ample time to ask questions. I really appreciate the staff here as they don’t try to rush you through.

I called Triad today which is a Friday & attempted to make an appointment & they told me they were booked & they close at noon today. They didn't even bother to try get me an appointment for next week either. I saw on the internet where it said they close after 4 today. I will call them back at 1 & if they are open, I'm going to be absolutely pissed. They were rude also. (Update:) I called them back because it's after 1 & they are closed. I don't know why they closed so early on a Friday. I guess I will have to wait till after Christmas to see a doctor. They still could've been nicer & not rude.

Would not allow me to speak with someone regarding my son being evaluated for add there. His mother took him without me and I just wanted to be kept In the loop. Doctor refused to speak with me and when trying to send an evaluation form I completed for my son they would only allow me to mail it. Said they do not allow email. This place is secretive and needs to get it together when dealing with a person's child.
