My daughter and I had our eye exams today with Dr. Mai (I apologize if I misspelled the name), and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mai was made us feel comfortable throughout the exam. Huang, the assistant, was friendly and kind, making the visit very pleasant. Angela was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Everyone in the office was warm, caring, and professional.
Dr.Wong has been an exceptional vision doctor for our child and our entire family. What truly sets him apart is the care, patience, and special attention he gives at every visit. He is always incredibly thorough in his analysis, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes us feel confident that we are receiving the very best care. We deeply appreciate how attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed he is to his patients well-being. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with such compassion, and we feel very fortunate to be under his care. The entire Staff is as amazing as the doctor. They are always ready to help us , accomodate appointments and very welcoming.
Came to this well-kept and nice-looking store in the Cinco Ranch area of Katy for my annual eye examination for glasses. Was greeted immediately and only had to wait a few minutes before I did some preliminary tests to take eye measurements. Worked with Maria and another young lady with curly hair and who said she was an intern during the process of my eye exam. Both ladies were very well spoken, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the eye exam and about my eye health in general. The eye exam was conducted at a comfortable pace. When they had to put bright lights in my eyes or dilate them during this process, they did so as easily as they could, so I would not be adversely affected. The doctor , Dr. Laurence Wong, came at the very end, and gave me a general prognosis of my eyes. I asked him about LASIK and he said my prescription was too high for that, but did tell me about a procedure called ICL, which involved inserting a permanent contact lens behind the iris of each eye. Overall, great service from this business. They also take EyeMed vision insurance. Will be back to select lenses and a frame for my prescription. Would recommend anyone to come here for their vision needs!
Always thoughtful and thorough care. Our child is currently adjusting to Ortho-K lenses, and we really appreciate the careful attention and detailed guidance throughout the process. We feel very reassured and confident in their care.
I have been a patient for many years, and Dr. Wong has my full confidence. I was also seen by Dr. Mehta, and was thoroughly happy with her! The assistants were excellent from Mr. Hong (technician) to the office staff. They adjusted two pairs of glasses while I was there as well - a totally happy experience!
