I love this place! She is very knowledgeable. I told her my concerns and she easily diagnosed the problem. What I like most about her is she takes her time to explain and educate you. I NEVER feel rushed. She is also very kind and patient by sometimes having to explain things to me twice in a way that I understand. Thank you for such a wonderful experience today.
I’ve been going to Elevate Vision with Dr. Dau ever since we moved to Katy five years ago. She and her staff are excellent, consistently caring during appointments, and have truly become our family’s trusted optometry team.
I moved to Fulshear over a year ago and needed to renew my prescription and found this wonderful office. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. My eye exam always goes smoothly and everything is explained. Will be going back in the years to come.
Doctor has poor bed side manners - she is unfriendly and doesn't listen to the patient's concern. My previous lenses had the anti-glare and I told her that is what i wanted, but she added some extra stuff to it w/o my approval and charged me $300. The lenses are so thick that make my glasses heavier and not look good. I came to pickup my glasses and the doctor turned away and left without saying Thank you and Goodbye. Definitely not returning.
