She went above and beyond while helping me learn how to properly wear my contacts—walking me through each step, demonstrating techniques, and patiently guiding me until I felt completely confident. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference! Dr. Chappel was just as fantastic—he answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything about my eye care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The office is also equipped with the latest eye care technology, which made the entire visit smooth and efficient. Came in for an eye exam and was blown away by the advanced equipment and technology used by Dr. Chappel, which I have never seen at any other practice. Dr. Chappel was highly knowledgeable and professional, making sure all my questions were answered clearly. Overall great experience, strongly recommend.

Great office and very friendly staff. Dr. Chappelle was very helpful and down to earth. I had a pretty bad eye infection. He helped me treat it and I was pretty much back to normal the next day. Will definitely come back for my annual check up 😊.
