Front desk receptionist, very cold and not helpful with forms...commenting " I dont make the forms I only work here". Then I discover that she is also the Tech that is performing thd backroom test before the eye doctor see's me(That really looks proffessional). I was taken in late after getting there 15 minutes early and no one was in the office except me, the whole time no one eles entered. Don't waste your time or money, there are plenty of knowledgable and friendly eye services elsewhere.
