What happened to this office? I know there was a change over, but it feels like a whole new direction. Had been going there for 25+ years for the optometrist. After recent interactions with trying to schedule and prescriptions, I will not be going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND! 0 Stars

My 4 year old daughter just got her new pair of glasses around Christmas break and they were so good and had lots of patience with her through out the exam and her picking her glasses. All the staff was so kind, it was saddening she accidentally tripped over and fell at school and broke them 2 weeks after she got them. I called them right after and they were so kind and right away ordered her second pair. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for all you guys do!! You all are soo appreciated!!
I work at UPS as a Package Car Driver. My glasses go through everything from the heat, cold, rain, snow, and 9 hour days. I bought my Oakley frames about 7-8 months ago. The left side frame paint was coming off. I thought they’d replace the frame. Nope, I got a totally new pair!!!! Now I can wear the other frames for work and then replaced pair for everything else. This place and the people are amazing!!!! I love his place!!! Patient since 2004
Horrible service! I don’t even want to give one star!!! The glasses department is incredibly unprofessional. They allow people to cut lines just because they are friends with them. And to top it off my daughter is legally blind they kept saying her insurance was not active so I contacted the insurance and of course it was active. The insurance themselves contacted the glasses department and I was told I would be contacted if any problem’s arose and her glasses were being ordered. A month and a half later I contacted them just to be told her glasses were never ordered.
Had an appointment scheduled, they cancelled the day before. After waiting to be seen for months. When I asked a question the receptionist hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Nothing worse than a practice having no empathy for their patients.
