Victor’s customer service was outstanding and he marked the line perfect for my bi focals! Teamwork was exemplary with both Victor and David helping me narrow down the right fit frame and vibe for my face and personality.
They have terrific prices compared to the vision center I had been going to. For the glasses I needed plus exam I needed about 1200$. I have very poor eye sight. That's why so much. Well after 3 years of saving I only had 800$. I really needed glasses so I started calling around to check prices elsewhere. It turned out that Walmart Vision Center could get me what I wanted for about 800$ You don't have to make an appointment. Walk ins are fine. Unlike Lens Crafter's it's a much shorter time you have to wait to get service. As it turned out, the day I went in they had a 30% off sale. So you may want to check ahead for up coming sales. So, I was able to get the glasses I wanted plus a back up pair for 780$. The service is fantastic. They have a return for any reason that I took advantage of. The coloring on the left bottom of frame was darker than the right. It's a marbling affect that will be different from one frame to the next. I didn't notice until I got home. So, I went back to see if I could get the same frame but with different marbling. It turns out I could. So I did and I am so very happy with my new glasses. Thanks Walmart Vision team.
I had such a great experience here! Connie was super helpful and answered any questions that I had. I went in earlier this week, and they had my glasses only a few days later! I highly recommend the Walmart Vision & Glasses if you are in Pendleton.
Walmart #2492 Vision center associates are absolutely spectacular on their great customer service and knowledge of services offered. They are so friendly and wonderful. Give them a try, you will never be disappointed. Shout out to Associate Connie James your amazing
The vision center was pretty great. They helped work which me for my budget and showed me what was in the price range from the frames, tinting and making them scratch resistant.
