Dr. Wood and his optical team are the best! Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with a great selection of frames and contacts. Warm and Welcoming. I was seen withing 5 minutes of arriving. I loved the tech who worked with me. Very knowledgeable, kind and engaged in good conversation. The doctor was outstanding and did a great exam. By letting me know my vision was still 20/25 it threw up a red flag about my vision getting blurry and I found out I was having a bad reaction to a drug I was taking. Thank you Dr. Wood for that. Last but not least, when I told Christy W. I was working within a budget she didn't even blink an eye. She made me feel as if I was as important as a high budget client. I would recommend these people in a heartbeat.
By far the best customer service I've experienced. I've been going to Dr. Wood's office for over ten years now and never have I been disappointed. Dr. Wood is very knowledgeable, nice, and efficient. The staff does everything in their power to make each visit as easy as possible. Highly recommend!
This is my third year with Dr. Wood, I love the staff. They're very professional, funny, and helpful. Dr. Wood is honest and informative, he's also always on time! It's a first for me that a doctor is actually on time. He runs a tight ship, patient for life.
