Dr was very thorough; I 'was' very pleased with the services, but didn't get my glasses for another week. Then less than two weeks later - lost left lense out of glasses,, have no clue. Defective frames = screw worked out, lense fell out somewhere. They want ME to pay $232 for a lense replacement - when the frames caused the loss (because wherever it is that they send the frames to that does the prescription lenses won't take responsibility for the lense frame screw not holding. Took my prescription to EYEMART and got the 'two pair' deal for $141.00 vs paying for a single lense at $232.00. $141.00 & they were ready in less than 45 minutes $232.00 additional expense and would take another week to get. IT WON'T EVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

I really have no clue how people are perceiving the receptionist as rude. She was INCREDIBLY kind when I was there! The girl who helped my pick out my glasses was patient and ultimately picked the ones I loved. She also knew prices off rip and was able to give me accurate pricing for what I was wanting. The doctor is very nice and professional. They had great care when I started to not feel well after getting my eyes dilated. Only took off a star because I had to call multiple times before I was able to get someone on the phone to make the appointment. I’m waiting for my glasses to come in. I can’t wait for them to come! Will update with time frame of getting them and accuracy of the order.

The eye doctor was nice, professional & quick. The receptionist could use some training in better customer service.

This doctor is great very meticulous in his work. I recommend him to everyone. I noticed other people complain about his receptionist. I had no problems with her, but I do tell you this even if you have problems with his receptionist, don’t cheat yourself out of a good eye doctor because he is very good and knowledgeable.

I went in for my first appointment today an waited to be greeted. The receptionist was so rude. I wanted to ask about how long would it be before I went back since my appointment was for 11am an it was getting to be 11:30. Well she gasped like I was bothering her by even being up at the receptionist desk. She replied look I don't know when you are going back all I'm here for is to put this information in so you will have to wait an see. Mind you there was another lady behind her who she was about to give my papers to so she could have just said you're about to go now. I then felt instantly that this was a normal thing cause the lady behind her had no reaction to the rudeness. I canceled myself an my husband cause we will not be back nor will my son.
