I came to the office for a routine checkup and to renew my contacts and glasses prescription. I had called the day prior just to get an estimation of costs through my insurance. Of course it's dependent on the care I receive, but the staff was knowledgeable and very very kind! They were able to schedule me in the next day. When I came into the office the staff checked me in very quickly and I saw Dr. Pyle within a few minutes. He heard and was able to answer my concerns with seasonal allergies and my need to get a lower prescription glasses because I work looking on a screen all day. I got my prescription and gave me a couple contact samples within 15 minutes! The cost through my insurance was was super reasonable, I didn't feel like I was jumping through any hoops and the staff all greeted me with a smile. Will definitely be coming back for my next eye appointment.

I've been coming here for a while as I'm in the area. I've had a few eye-related emergencies come up and they're always been able to squeeze me in. Dr. Pyle and his staff are excellent - respectful and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to come here if you're looking for someone to help with your eyes.

I've been struggling with dry eye for 3 years. The clinic here told me to do basic over the counter treatment, which didn't relieve my symptoms. I asked more than once for other options with no help. I went to a different eye clinic who actually prescribed some drops to help me get relief. The other place also recommended some more gentle eye cleansing solution. After years of dealing with this condition, it has finally subsided. This place was not helpful in my recovery. I also had a problem with a new prescription. I could tell right away things were off and said so, but they tried to tell me it was normal adjustment distortion. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and knew right away it was not normal. After a week of "trying to adjust" I had to forcibly tell them the glasses were unwearable and giving me eye strain before they would bother checking the prescription and fit. It was the fit. The staff is very nice, and I'm sorry to leave, but I just have not had good experiences here. It feels like they don't believe what I tell them, whether that be a medical condition or how new glasses feel.

Had such a pleasant experience from the moment I entered the door! I was beyond ecstatic when, during the eye exam, the doctor took the time to address a comment I made about my dry eyes. He took the time to examine my eyelids, educated me on what was going on, and offered me a home remedy. There was no pressure or attempts to upsell on anything. I was informed what my options were, and respected for the decisions I made!
