Evergreen Vision

I had an enjoyable, informative, and highly effective experience at Evergreen Vision. I’ve been receiving regular eye care for nearly 30 years, yet during my first visit with Dr. Michelle I learned new things about my vision. I especially appreciated the way Dr. Michelle translated her doctoral-level clinical expertise into language I could easily understand—something I have not experienced in past eye exams. The combination of her knowledge, passion for her work, and thoughtful approach to testing made the entire visit very positive. I typically feel some anxiety around certain exam equipment, but I noticed I felt completely at ease at Evergreen Vision. Dr. Michelle also used several diagnostic devices I hadn’t encountered before, and learning what she was assessing and how those tools help evaluate eye health made the experience both engaging and informative. I also appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure when choosing glasses. The optical staff encouraged me to start with the frames I was naturally drawn to, and I was thoughtfully guided as I considered my options. When I returned to pick up my updated prescription and frames a few days ago, Dr. Michelle helped ensure I made a choice I felt very happy walking away with. I will absolutely return to Evergreen Vision and would gladly recommend them to others.

Dr Ngo is genuinely such a kind and thoughtful doctor! She had probably the most thorough and detailed eye exam I have ever done and I even heard other people before me say the same thing. She explained the little things to me and it felt like an experience and a learning opportunity. She runs this place independently and with years of experience I can’t wait to recommend her more to the neighborhood. Clean space and calm environment too, it was something I knew I’ll come back to next year.

I recommend Dr. Ngo! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her work and went above and beyond to help me understand my insurance benefits too which i feel like not a lot of people do nowadays. My visit was super efficient and detailed. she really took time to explain all my options without pushing for add-ons or upselling anything. So many glasses options too.

Not sure how someone could rate them highly. Maybe it’s different treatment for different people. For sure, she comes across as sticky sweet. Underneath the front, I wouldn’t say so. Where’s the integ? Given up for profit is my guess. I felt robbed, manipulated, inconvenienced and strung along. I wish I hadn’t tried them. For example- I’ve had to go to them 3x so far plus had to call because they didn’t for a week. She seemed completely baffled & repeatedly comment on how my 2 eyes are different. I’ve known this for a decade. It’s never thrown anyone off or demanded more services before. People forget to call, even professionals with clients. Still, MY original reason was to get contacts. After a month I still don’t have them. Yet they have $115 cash of mine (services should have been covered under my insurance) and my invested time & patience. I give up! I’m certainly glad this is not my only experience with eye doctors. There are many better- like everywhere else I’ve been.

My wife and I just had our vision checked here and it was a truly wonderful experience! The optometrist is INCREDIBLE. She is professional, thoughtful in her approach, and willing to extend extra care as needed. My wife ordered glasses and contacts here as well and the optometrist went above and beyond to make sure her prescriptions were optimized. As my wife put it "I've never had better eye care!" We highly recommend getting eye care here.
