The quality of service was exceptional: from the very knowledgeable and personable receptionist to probably the best technician I have ever had (Kelly) and then my first visit with Dr Nash whom I found very caring as well as skilled. It was a very positive experience. The only question was the parking issue- pay to park - really??!

My visit was easy to get an appointment. When I arrived, I found I needed to "check in" electronically. A new experience for me. I know I am very slow, but the person at the reception desk was most helpful. Everyone was friendly and professional. And I had good news about my appointment at the end.

EANW has consistently provided exceptional service and quality professional care, including my latest office visit in Northgate. From check-in, to exams, to prescriptions, to eye glass selection, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They are also monitoring my successful glaucoma laser surgery on both eyes from about seven years ago, and still in great condition. Also advised me that, as I have aged, I am now showing signs of cataract in one eye. Nothing to worry about now, and they have excellent options for in the future. I wouldn't go to anyone else!!

The staff was great. They were understanding and very knowledgeable. Dr. Nash was amazing. He relieved our fears regarding what we thought was going on and has us on a maintenance follow up program to make sure that my diabetic husband keeps his eyesight. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you Eye associates Northwest for all you did for us.

Dr. Nash was exceptionally good. He is warm, encouraging and caring as well as knowledgeable and professional. My elderly dad has shingles near his eye. He was scared and in pain. Dr. Nash was kind, gentle and reassuring and also gave us the straight facts we needed to know. A doctor like him is rare. The nurse was also excellent, friendly and put my dad at ease. Highly recommend this team.
