I called and got an appointment the next day for an initial eye exam, Shannon at the front desk worked wirh me and took the time to call my insurance (most places dont put an ounce of effort into this) and was able to apply my difficult insurance to the visit during my exam. My exam was extremely thorough. I've never had that many tests done in one visit. Dr. Wong was able to update my prescription AND identify both astigmatism and a retinal hole that no other doctor took the time to find. I'm very impressed with the level detail she took in my exam and level of care throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wong is a talented and caring doctor, I've never had any discomfort during my exams or errors with my prescriptions. She got it right on our first try, despite some contradictory previous exams I had had. While Dr. Wong is an excellent doctor herself, the counterpart to Binyon Oak Tree Optometry is truly exceptional. Shannon's experience in the industry, efficiency, and work ethic make her an absolute powerhouse of a "receptionist". Fittings, insurance, billing, customer service, all 10/10. I've truly never been happier with any Optometry office in my life. I could not recommend these women enough.

Dr. Wong and Shannon provided excellent care. I scheduled an appointment for the same week. Dr. Wong spent over an hour on my exam, answered all my questions, and asked if I had any more. Her answers were thorough and prescriptive advice was accompanied with reasoning. I also appreciated their thorough cleaning of instruments and glasses.

I just had my first appointment here and it was such an easy and pleasant experience. I have a lot of social anxiety and trouble focusing when I’m in an unfamiliar place, but both Dr. Wong and Shannon were very patient and communicated every step of the process clearly. They are transparent with pricing, have excellent bedside manner, maintain a very clean space, and run a thorough exam with a focus on holistic care and optical health education for the layman. I feel valued as patient here and that they really care about their patients’ health and eyeglasses maintenance (during my exam, Shannon was helping fix someone’s glasses and inquiring about a part or replacement right then over the phone as I was leaving). I’m comfortable and confident about going back for my follow-up and highly recommend making your next appointment here. Thank you, Binyon team! Dr Wong and Shannon are both very friendly and helpful. When I had a medical emergency, they gave me a referral and helped me to get a next day appointment at the other eye clinic while the usual wait time is two month. And that happened when Dr Wong was on vacation. The day after my checkup at the other clinic Dr. Wong called me to make sure I got treated. I really appreciate their help.
