The receptionist, that is very sweet and helpful. She made nice conversation and made sure I was nice and comfortable. She also explained about the website and how I can come and get the glasses fixed and tuned, there if needed. She asked about the kids and make sure everything was great before I left. She also made sure to mention to leave a review to let everyone know how the service was there. I love my Daughter glasses and thank you to everyone. Who did the hard work to get them to her.

Very friendly customer service, the Dr. Was very attentive and informative, and they have a great selection of designer glasses as well as affordable simple frames.
Took my son on 2/21/2026 and the eye doctor was GREAT!! He was kind, knowledgeable and made you feel welcomed.
This is a very unprofessional place. They don't care about the care of your glasses or how they talk to you. The front desk lady was rude when picked out my glasses and didn't even come into the room and give me the options, which it wasn't many to begin with. When I picked them up the lady tried her best to adjust them but couldn't and didn't question rather I wanted them or not. I was overall disgusted with the whole situation. Will take my services somewhere else.
