Yesterday I tried to pick up my glasses, but no one answered the phone. When you call, it says the mailbox is full. I went in person and the doors were locked, and a lady told me you’re remodeling. I tried calling again today and it’s still the same issue. Please update your Google listing to show that you’re temporarily closed. It’s a simple fix, and some people genuinely need their glasses to see. Clear communication would really help your customers.

The staff is very friendly and Dr Fary is outstanding. He takes the time to explain everything so I understand all the elements of my exam. My prescriptions always turn out great!

Greeted and everyone was nice. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. When I picked my glasses the young lady that helped me was so kind and helped me pick a frame quickly and it fit my face. Overall a pleasant experience. I just wish I didn’t have to wait 1-2 weeks for my glasses. As I understand that is a requirement from my insurance not your store.

Very good service. The girls up front were all nice and helpful. Im not sure her name, but the nice girl with blond braids helped me pick frames that worked well for me and customize them exactly how I wanted. Even breaking down costs for me to make a decision. Pick them up fast and was extremely pleased.

Dr Fary is one of the best ophthalmologists in our area have been seeing him for years! The staff is very professional. The only negative thing I would have to say is you need a better selection of frames that are not black plastic & large lens, therefore I couldn't find a frame I cared for so I only replaced my lens. Thanks again Dr Fary for your expertise in making someone see clearly again...highly recommend 👍
