I had an amazing experience today at Vision Quest during my eye exam. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and outstanding customer service. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. A special thank you to Betsy — she is truly an amazing employee and went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. I’ve been coming to Vision Quest for over 10 years, and my experiences have always been positive. I don’t know what may have happened in the past with other reviews, but I can honestly say my experience today was excellent. I highly recommend Vision Quest to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service!

Great service from Iris and Vivian at Vision Quest Optical. I really appreciated their excellent customer service. The appointment was for children, and everything went smoothly. The turnaround time for picking up the new frames was less than a week, which was earlier than I expected. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them.

The reviews is are crazy on here not gonna lie but I’m not jumping the bandwagon I had a total different experience they was very receptive and respectful with me got me my prescription and glasses within the same week I believe I even forgot my debit card there and they called me and let me know I went back for it and they was polite and respectful about it. Different strokes for different folks I guess overall I had a great experience mind you I haven’t had my glasses for over 10 years this the the 3d place I went to and they got the job done…

The customer service is awesome by all the ladies in front. I’ve been a customer there for years and never have any problems or complaints I would highly recommend any one to walk in and get there vision checked The doctor herself is very petite/delicate
