Vision Source is an excellent brand for eye clinics but this one provides diamond-class customer service like no other! One of the stores was hosting an event that made the parking lot full so I called this clinic that I may be late because of this. Luckily when a car was backing out, they got staff standing in the lot waiting for me to pull in and I was taken care of right away. The size of this clinic amazed me but what's even better is the numerous updated equipment they have to guarantee a thorough examination. Dr. Fair is very incredible with me and explained how dry eyes from environmental factors can make vision more blurry. She's amazing and understood my needs very well. Kudos to the staff of this clinic in their dedicated care for their patients and even going as far as to ask me to email them for my feedback in how to help them prepare for any sudden events from other stores that may cause the parking lot to be full. In Alamo Heights, everything is amazing, especially this optometry clinic! This is the best optometry clinic I've been to in my life so far! 😁

Vision Source on Broadway has exceptional customer service. Crystal was the first face I dealt with. Absolutely kind and empathetic. Was having some issues with progressive lenses and getting used to them and Omar took his time to explain and demonstrate proper techniques for wearing progressives, as well as explained other options if I continued to have issues with my new glasses. I spoke with Sara on the phone about coming back in and she was amazing and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you wanted to be treated with care.
All of the staff at the front desk, along with the doctors, are consistently patient, kind, and welcoming. From the moment I walk in, I feel genuinely cared for and respected. It means so much to be treated with such compassion and professionalism, and I am truly grateful to have chosen this office for my eye care.
