Dr. Davis is very thorough in evaluating vision. I have dry eye and the therapies she has used with me have greatly improved my dry eyes. She uses the latest techniques and demonstrates her expertise in them very well.

I had a poor experience at Vision Source Austin. The practice double-books patients and aggressively promotes unnecessary services, including Red Eye treatment, Nulids, and NeuroLens. During my visit, a dryness test appeared manipulated to justify additional procedures. I was given contact lens to wear that were 40% before they ran a follow-up test, setting me up to fail that so they could further upsell useless services. I was also charged for services that were not provided, and did not receive an itemized receipt. Over-the-counter recommendations such as tear evaporation protection and omega-3 supplements were significantly overpriced. While the optometrist is knowledgeable, this expertise seemed directed toward steering patients into unneeded, costly options rather than providing straightforward care. I recommend seeking eye care elsewhere.
