What the Heck kind of office can’t get their facts straight so they dont embarrass themselves and their customers over something as stupid as insurance and professionalism? 1100000% do NOT recommend. Don’t know what they're doing and wasted MY TIME scheduling me.
If I could give this place negative stars I would! The Dr is very nice as are the front desk ladies. But the girl who helped me "check out" in the glasses ordering was awful. I definitely don't appreciate being scammed, they make you pay full price out of pocket for the office visit even if you have insurance! I have never paid so much for just a office visit! I didn't want to order any contacts or glasses right then just update my prescription $200 later I left. I understand they want you to use your insurance "credit" towards glasses or contacts, but I have NEVER paid that much for just a visit. Skip this place for sure unless you want to over pay and be pressured to buy expensive frames.
When I first started going here they were wonderful but over time, every time I make an appointment which I set up at least a month in advance they end up calling me two days before the appointment to reschedule. This happened multiple times in a row and in one case they rescheduled and already rescheduled appointment. I am done with this place for good as they simply are not reliable and you cannot depend on them. I have had to alter my schedule too many times to be bothered with them. I will find somewhere else out of town that can be depended upon to do the job properly. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt the first couple times but no more. I advise everyone to go elsewhere for proper service.
Anise and Lily were very fast and friendly with my yearly exam and then led me to Frances, she was great! She gave an honest opinion which was so helpful and could tell which frame I leaned more towards, it was my fastest, most confident frame pick yet! Thank you all, I can’t wait to get them in.
Lexi did an amazing job. I had to get an appointment ASAP for my work. Got me in no waiting.. Anise was was very polite and professional, conducted the test with ease. Highly recommend them.
