From the moment you walk in your greeted. All the staff is amazing, Dr. Parker is amazing and explained everything in detail with my kids and took her time making sure my kids understood. We have been coming to this facility for about 3 yrs and love it.

The experience was great. The ladies in the front made us feel at home. Very friendly and welcoming. Getting our eyes prepped and getting our eye exam was amazing and explained to the T. Our question and concerns were answered greatly. They had a good amount of frames making it hard to pick one. Thanks to the whole team for making my daughter and I feel at "home"

Went into Vision Centers today for an exam and to get glasses and contacts. I didn’t have an appointment so I was hoping to be able to be squeezed in. Violet at the front desk was amazing! She greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and helpful getting me all setup. Dr. Parker was so great, she made the exam a smooth process and answered all the questions I had. She even was patient with me while discussing different contact brands and types. Amanda helped me pick out glasses and man she is great. I just showed her what I typically get and she helped pick out options and suggested some she thought would look on my face shape. Her advice was wonderful and I ended up getting out of my typical frame and into something new she suggested. While there the manager Luci was walking around and greeted me and also gave suggestions on what frame I should pick. I’ve never been to an optical where the manager is out and about with the customers helping. Overall my experience was amazing and will definitely be back and bring my family. I highly suggest coming here!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far, I’ve had an excellent experience at Vision Centers of Deerbrook. My eye exam with Dr. Parker was one of the most thorough I’ve ever had. She discovered and explained a few things about my eyes that no previous optometrist had ever mentioned, and I really appreciated the time she took to educate me. After my exam, I had such a great experience picking out my frames. My sales consultant was wonderful—honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive frames, she gave me her honest opinion about what looked best on me, and I really appreciated that. Because of her help, I actually went in planning to buy one pair of glasses and ended up ordering two! I’ll come back and update my review after I pick up my glasses. In the past, I’ve had issues with the accuracy of prescriptions from other places, so I’m excited to see how these turn out. Based on my experience so far, I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Vision Centers of Deerbrook!

I had such an amazing experience at Vision Centers of Houston Deerbrook. I have to give a huge shoutout to Violet, Carmen, and Amanda for going above and beyond. Violet especially took the time to make sure my insurance was valid and worked with me every step of the way. She didn’t rush anything and made sure everything was handled correctly, which I really appreciated. That level of care is rare. They also took great care of my eyes and made sure my frames were handled perfectly. Everything felt very thorough and professional from start to finish. Carmen and Amanda were just as incredible—super kind, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming the entire time. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. If you’re looking for a place that actually takes care of you and not just rushes you in and out, this is it. Highly recommend!
