Great experience today with testing and picking out a temporary pair of prescription glasses since I have lost my current pair. Note to self, always have a spare pair! I will go back in December to get another pair that’s a bit fancier when my insurance will cover the frames. For today, they helped me pick out an economical and fast turn around pair so that I have glasses to last me through the end of the year until I can get a new fancy pair. I interacted with three people today throughout the process and they were all amazing!!!

Wonderful experience! We didn’t have an appointment and were a bit worried because of an emergency. My husband got something in his eye that caused hundreds of tiny scratches. The receptionist was very welcoming and listened carefully as we explained our situation. She promptly got us in to see an eye doctor. We’ve been to this location before for regular eye exams and glasses/contacts, but today we truly felt cared for. It’s a great place for both routine visits and unexpected emergencies. We’d definitely recommend it!
Dr Catherine was so detailed when showing me my eye scans and explained everything in terms that I could understand. She gave me drops for my dry contacts & sent me home with a new brand to try out. Very helpful!
This was my first eye exam and I had no idea what to expect. The technician who did the tests was AMAZING! I cannot remember her name but she had long dark hair and was tall! My doctor was also amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and even had a wonderful sense of humor! This will forever be my eye doctor place!
This is the most unprofessional office staff that I have ever encountered. I went in for a contact fitting came out and the lady by the name Ronisha at the front desk was very rude and had poor customer service skills as I asked questions regarding my payment she needs to be moved somewhere else in that office. A worker named Montse asked me if I wanted my glasses tightened, which I was wearing and I said yes please she came out and said I broke your leopard glasses which I only had for a few months, and never gave me an option of another pair of frames just cheap black frames that I had to walk out with. I will be escalating this matter to the corporate office and the board.
