My Boyfriend and I were seen at Memorial Eye Center on Friday and everyone from the front to the back were so nice and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Tan and she was so nice and sweet, she had her staff let us know she was running a little behind and that there would be a wait but working in a doctors office myself I assured them that these things happen and we wouldn't mind waiting at all. Dr. Tan spent so much time with us and even went out of her way to come and check on my Bf to see if he liked the contacts he wanted after she was through with seeing us. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady's name who went over our insurance/coverage for my glasses and my Bf's contacts but she was so funny and so sweet. Definitely will be back in a year for my next check up.

Best eye care center ever. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The doctors are very caring and will take the time to explain everything. They don’t rush out of the room they make sure you are comfortable and have all the answers to your questions. Great selection on glasses too!

I had an eye appointment with Dr Evans which she is amazing, she had me try single vision contacts and told me if they weren't working for me to call and order the multi focal trials before I decide which ones I like first before she gives me my contact prescription. I called to order the trials and now being told I will have to pay refitting fee of an additional $86 which is ridiculous; since I already paid $86. I need my correct prescription! Just need everyone to be aware of such a scam and she wouldn't even let me talk to the doctor nor would the person I spoke to on the phone take my information to give to the doctor. Very disappointed

Great place to get your eyes exam at a very reasonable price, especially if you have insurance. I have VSP which is a really good insurance. The staff is super cool and so is the doctor. The place is also very very clean and a wide variety of frames to choose from. These guys are terffic, check them out if you need a good eye service. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book.

After waiting an hour past my scheduled time, I was met with a doctor in stained attire who displayed zero bedside manner, even referring to me in the third person while walking out of the room. The clinical assessment felt rushed and dismissive, pressuring me into a weaker prescription that contradicts years of comfortable vision. When I inquired about frames, the selection was negligible, and I was told the staff would not take responsibility for handling my own professional eyewear. Between the questionable clinical guidance and the complete lack of basic professional standards, this office failed on every level. Save your time and your sight by going elsewhere.
